Summer 2026 we offer a summer intensive for teenagers age 10 - 18! 5 days of ballet training including pointe technique and variations. We will touch supporting subjects like sewing (pointe shoes), hair dressing, and stage make up as well! Participants will be split in age and level appropriate groups.

5 days we´ll dance and only dance! Traditional ballet class, short variations or your own choreography - there will be lots of chances for expressing your creativity! After dance training we recover with lunch (kids preferences and healthy nutrition will be considered). The afternoon program will include exiting trips and leisure activities.

Day 3: Picknick at Türkenschanzpark

If your body is moving intensively it is very important to release your muscles and mobilize your joints correctly. For a full range movement we will cover all areas of our bodies with gentle stretching and mobilization exercises that you can implement in your pre-class warm up and/or cool down section after working out in a ballet or fitness class.

Supporting exercises for the ballet dancer. Strengthening and stretching exercises will give your body a flat stomach, toned legs, and elegant arms. Our goal is to built long and lean muscles as well as building up general condition. Feel the burn!

Summer 2026 we will offer a adult ballet intensive! 4 days of classical ballet exercise with additional pointe technique and variation class. Professional advice on outfit, hairdo and preparation of equipment as well as video analysis of your dance movements and body placement will be part of the program. Participants will be split up in groups of same level and experience in their ballet technique.
